Vibrant young classical vocalist Pt. Gautam kale who is a Mewati gharana exponent ,disciple of Sangeet Martand Padmavibhushan Pt jasraj recipient of prestigious “Ut. Bismillah khan yuva puraskar” - 2019, by sangeet Natak akademi , is blessed with versatile persona.
As a child prodigy he had tremendous achievements as a horse rider and as classical vocalist. At the age of 13 he received prestigious “Eklavya award” from government of Madhya pradesh. Gautam was parallelly learning Indian Classical vocals with same dedication. This rare combination of his charismatic talent, made him stand out of crowd.
OUR STORY
Born in a musically rooted family ,initially he took training from his Father Dr. Kishore Kale who is an ammature vocalist and tabla player. As a matter of fact the strong sense of taal is clearly manisfested in most of Gautam Kale's compositions. To name few “Jiyara”, “Nayanwa”, “Tum sang”, “Badarwa”, “Manwa” are quiet popular compositions and is available on spotify. He went on to receive his further training from Mrs. Kunda Joshi and then from Pt. V.G. Ringe "Tanrang" a well known classical singer of Malwa region . Gautam is blessed to have Vidushi Kalpana Zokarakar ,indian classical vocalist of malwa region as the true mentor and guide ,for making his career as a singer.
Gautam is highly impressed by singing style of the great master of Indian Classical Music Pt.Jasraj. He is fortunate enough to take direct guidance from him & being his disciple. Pt. Jasraj's soulful singing is clearly visible in Gautam's performance. Gautam versatility as a prominent vocalist is significant not only in Classical Vocal Music, but in Light Music too, like-Geet, Ghazals, Marathi Bhavgeet, Natyageet. Harmonious blend of classical and opulent elements projecting devotional music makes his singing mellifluent.

A captivating live performance by Hindustani Vocalist Pt. Gautam Kale, held at Suditi Global Academy, under the aegis of Bhatkhande Sangeet University and the Ministry of Culture, Uttar Pradesh.
The morning concert celebrated the purity and serenity of Hindustani Classical Music, as Pt. Gautam Kale’s soulful voice filled the air — weaving devotion, discipline, and timeless tradition into every note. The performance featured the renowned Banaras Gharana tabla virtuoso Pt. Himanshu Mahant Ji and Pt. Gautam Kale Ji, both distinguished as eminent young voices of Indian Classical Music.
